Grace Lodge is an organizational development consultant and trainer. After nearly a decade of working in the business, nonprofit, and government sectors, she utilizes her experience to help organizations develop values-aligned culture and teams. Before starting Lodge Labs, she was the Director of Development for a Colorado-based nonprofit, and served as the Community Engagement Manager for the Climate Action Office of a municipal government where she was appointed to lead a comprehensive change management process across the organization. Grace was on the founding team of the Good Work Institute (formerly etsy.org), a fellowship program training entrepreneurs, artists, activists, and community leaders in regenerative and equitable business practices. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, with a certificate in corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Grace’s interdisciplinary and data-driven approach is centered around her own core values and beliefs, that we all deserve to live and work in a way that acknowledges our full humanity and celebrates our capacity to be creative engines for change. Thriving organizations derive from thriving people and Grace is passionate about giving organizations and their teams the resources and support needed to achieve their goals. She lives in Newburgh, NY with her husband and two dogs.
