Grace Lodge is an organizational development consultant and trainer. After nearly a decade of working in the business, nonprofit, and government sectors, she utilizes her experience to help organizations develop values-aligned culture and teams. Before starting Lodge Labs, she was the Director of Development for a Colorado-based nonprofit, and served as the Community Engagement Manager for the Climate Action Office of a municipal government where she was appointed to lead a comprehensive change management process across the organization. Grace was on the founding team of the Good Work Institute (formerly etsy.org), a fellowship program training entrepreneurs, artists, activists, and community leaders in regenerative and equitable business practices. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, with a certificate in corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Grace’s interdisciplinary and data-driven approach is centered around her own core values and beliefs, that we all deserve to live and work in a way that acknowledges our full humanity and celebrates our capacity to be creative engines for change. She lives in Newburgh, NY with her husband and two dogs.
